Job Title

A Digital Operations Manager oversees the delivery of high-quality digital assets, managing a team that spans web support, quality assurance, and design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to ensure every project runs smoothly.

They must balance operational discipline with people leadership, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates a cross-functional team to deliver consistently strong results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
