Job Title: Mall Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Mall Admin Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory activity, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, storage, and issuance of supplies as requested by concerned departments with proper documentation.
  • Managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
