Job Title: Structural Modeler

This role involves the development of high quality designs and contract drawings using structural software such as Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high quality designs and contract drawings.
  • Technical and quality checking of drawings and schedules.
  • Implementation of BIM on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Collaborating with multidiscipline teams to ensure all documentation conforms to client standards.
  • Working with collaboration software such as Navisworks, BIM360 and ProjectWise.
  • Developing and delivering creative design and documentation solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural design / drafting preferably working in the consulting industry.
  • Strong technical skills using the latest AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM modelling software.
  • Good understanding of steel details and connections.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams.
  • Positive personality, excellent interpersonal and team skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both within a team and independently.
