About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Web Designer who can expertly translate business needs into captivating brand experiences.

This individual will work closely with our global team of strategists, project managers, content specialists, developers, and clients to deliver compelling designs that meet or exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate must possess both conceptual and production capabilities, excel at working under tight deadlines on multiple projects across several accounts, and be an effective communicator – especially when relaying creative concepts internally and externally.

Main Objectives & Responsibilities
  • Distinguish abstract business concepts and client needs into elegant design solutions
  • Effectively communicate interaction and design specifications to the development team for implementation and verify that the final build is consistent with those specifications
  • Pitch ideas confidently and present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the design team
  • Ensure all output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
  • Lead multiple design projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Ask smart questions, take calculated risks, and champion new ideas
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must speak and write English fluently
  • A degree in visual, experience design, or web development, or equivalent professional experience
  • One or more years of experience as a creative and UX designer; preference given to candidates with agency experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems; special consideration for candidates with experience in WordPress and/or HubSpot CMS
  • Experience developing and presenting design artifacts including wireframes, sitemaps, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and comps
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and determine a plan to ensure they are met or exceeded
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients
  • Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete designs and prototypes, and ensure that the finished product is consistent with the guidance provided to the technical team
  • Be open to providing and receiving feedback and constructive criticism
