Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts, analyzing complex data sets and communicating findings to operational teams.
  • Produce project-level budget-to-actual variance analysis, identifying areas of underperformance and opportunities for optimization, leading to actionable recommendations that drive improved results.
  • Prepare reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders, showcasing expertise in financial analysis and communication.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk, leveraging strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Design and build data infrastructure that enables the team to isolate and investigate key performance drivers, such as energy rates and production levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Creative mindset with proven analytical ability and attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets, querying databases, and using ERP systems like NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
