Job Title: Senior Creative Director - Brand Identity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to lead our brand identity team at Bonavita Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and guiding creative teams to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

As a Senior Creative Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's mission and values;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and effective marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, graphics, illustrations, photography, and video;
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers to improve their skills and contribute to the growth of our creative department;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and visual communication to ensure we remain competitive and innovative;
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or marketing department;
  • Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite);
  • Leadership abilities, with experience leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, visual communication, and marketing;
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain brand consistency and adhere to creative briefs and brand guidelines;
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, adapt to changing priorities, and find innovative solutions to design challenges.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₱ 150,000 - ₱ 200,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
