Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough credit investigations to assess the creditworthiness of customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for collecting outstanding debts, minimizing write-offs and maximizing cash flow.
  • Serve as a liaison between the finance department and other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on all credit-related activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance the credit and collection process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit collection or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
