
Student Services Coordinator

The Student Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering premium services to stakeholders, streamlining communication between clients and various departments. They will oversee daily office activities, manage data processes, and ensure client needs are met.
This role requires a high level of resourcefulness, initiative, and flexibility due to the fast-paced nature of admissions.

Responsibilities
- The Student Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring correct, timely, and effective delivery of all company communications.
- They will conduct high-level research under the Consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs, maintaining accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity in all research deliverables.
- The Student Manager collects, organizes, updates, and maintains comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services according to individual needs and requirements.
- They will coordinate and oversee daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with consultants, written emails and messages with clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing productivity software and web-based business tools to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational or community settings.
- Experience working successfully within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge to achieve shared objectives.
