Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hub Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hub Operations Management: Assist in managing the overall performance of the hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Support the monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create, review, and validate Hub reports to ensure accurate data-driven decision making.
  • Customer Support: Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
  • Process Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Experience: At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Leadership Role: Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Payments Processing: Experience in payments processing or similar function.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Flexibility: Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
  • Shift Work: Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
  • Continuous Learning: Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
