Job Overview:

The Tech Lead, Web Core Product role is a pivotal position that plays a significant role in shaping the product roadmap and driving business growth.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will lead a group of engineers to develop high-quality products that delight users, working closely with product managers and designers to understand customer needs and deliver results quickly.

  • Develop and ship production code to web products
  • Collaborate with dedicated product teams to drive product success
  • Participate in product discussions to shape product roadmaps and strategy
  • Have opportunities to work on new and exciting features that impact millions of lives

Our ideal candidate has experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users, with a strong focus on customer obsession, speed, and collaboration.

They should have a solid understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, and be proficient in technologies such as Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in at least one programming language
