Possible. Learn more at and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X). The Staff Product Development Engineer will work closely with the new product development team for ADEF Hi-Rel Components.

He/She is responsible for developing test solutions used for characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of Hi-Rel Products. The engineer will collaborate with Product Evaluation, Marketing, QA, and Reliability teams to ensure product specifications meet Mil-Aero standards for reliability and quality. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a fast learner, with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.

Key QualificationsSolid background in electronics, circuit analysis, and understanding of product strategies such as ADCs, DACs, RF, and Power Products. Experience with Mixed Signal Automatic Testers and Bench Lab Equipment. Strong software programming skills (VB, C/C++, LabView).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical data analysis tools. Knowledge of mixed signal PCB design and CAD/Simulation tools like Cadence Allegro or OrCAD.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet aggressive schedules. EducationBS Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; MS Degree is an advantage.
