Job Title: Cash Flow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Specialist to manage our end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This role involves timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts, as well as supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP/AR processes from start to finish, including collections, payments, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow
  • Assist in audits, providing proper documentation and record-keeping as needed
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in AP or AR, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with audit prep, regulatory compliance, and cash flow forecasting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Support teams
