Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Marketing Execution:
    • Deliver high-quality content, manage campaigns and maintain brand assets. Develop and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
    • Report on performance, including open rate, CTR and subscriber growth.
  • Content & Social Execution:
    • Create engaging social posts, collaborate with the video editor and write, format and publish blog content.
    • Produce case studies and provide lead scoring & notes for the BDM.
  • Lead Operations:
    • Import leads from Salesforce three times per week, research ICP fit and provide lead scoring & notes for the BDM.
  • Brand & Design:
    • Deliver creative assets, maintain brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
    • Create sales enablement collateral and submit a monthly marketing performance report.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in digital marketing, design and content creation.

">Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting blogs, case studies and social posts.
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
