Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee cryptocurrency operations and customer support tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media, paid advertising, help desk support, software testing, market research, and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Social Media: Develop and schedule posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram to engage the community and promote cryptocurrency services.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  3. Customer Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on cryptocurrency trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
