We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Administrator to join our team.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, entering invoices in the company spreadsheet, categorizing invoices by department and portfolio, processing invoices, and reconciling financial data.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple teams
- Enter invoices into the company spreadsheet
- Categorize invoices by department and portfolio
- Process invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile financial data on a regular basis
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounts administration role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook)
- Intermediate level in MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate high attention to detail
