Job Title: 3D Rendering Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations that bring architectural concepts to life.

You will work closely with our team to understand design intent and deliver consistent results. Your ability to model furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements accurately is crucial to our success.

A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D rendering skills is essential. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create realistic, high-quality visuals for interior and exterior architectural projects
  • Accurately model furniture, fixtures, architectural elements, and environments
  • Collaborate closely with the team to understand design intent and deliver consistent results
Requirements:
  • Strong modeling skills with a portfolio that demonstrates furniture and fixture design
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A strong sense of design, composition, lighting, and texture
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver with a quick turnaround
