Unlock Your Potential as a Lead Interior Designer & 3D Visualisation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Interior Designer & 3D Render Artist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design concept for luxury interiors, including full-home renovations and new builds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Concept Development: Lead design concepts for luxury interiors, creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces that exceed client expectations.
  • 3D Rendering: Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Mood Boards and Schedules: Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes to ensure on-budget designs and deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the Director and site team to deliver buildable designs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Client Engagement: Attend occasional client meetings and site visits virtually or in person, providing excellent customer service and building trust.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven background in interior design with a strong 3D visualization portfolio, demonstrating your expertise and passion for the field.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of SketchUp, plus V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape, with a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Passion and Qualities: Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow, combined with strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail.

  • London Homes Expertise: Experience with London homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments, adding value to our clients' projects.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva, expanding your skillset and versatility.
