About the Role

This is a critical role within our organization that plays a pivotal part in driving informed decision-making.

The Data Analyst will extract, audit, analyze, and report data from multiple internal systems including EMR, CRM, survey tools, and outcome tracking platforms.

They will provide actionable insights to support clinical operations, the admissions department, and the alumni program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage integration, updates, and software system customization needs. Serve as the primary point of contact when an update to a form, field, or process requires coordination with a third party.
  2. Analyze data from multiple sources including EMR, CRM, internal surveys, and post-treatment follow-up platforms.
  3. Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure all expected data points are present and complete.
  4. Identify missing or inconsistent data and coordinate resolution with staff or departments.
  5. Develop and maintain automated reports for clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making.
  6. Recommend new tools, integrations, or process improvements to streamline data reporting and collection.
  7. Track key outcome and operational metrics such as patient acuity, authorization trends, and conversion rates.
  8. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights clearly.

  • Alumni Program: Track long-term outcome data and engagement trends for former clients.
  • Admissions Department: Provide insight into lead conversion trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or systems analysis, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and EMR/CRM data extraction.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and behavioral health documentation measures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with behavioral health or medical outcome tracking.
  • Familiarity with survey platforms and data collection methodology.
  • Knowledge of SQL or database query languages.
