The Role

Are you a passionate data professional driven by the power of data and science to tell a story and answer business questions? Do you want to protect consumers and brands from bad actors? Join us in this dynamic role to transform operational data into actionable insights that empower both our internal stakeholders and our clients.

You will join the Reporting and Analytics function. Working closely with the Analytics Lead and other team members, your mission will be to gather requirements for data analysis and reporting, querying and investigating databases to answer stakeholders' questions and addressing data issues.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Providing first line support to internal clients.
  • Gathering requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  • Querying and investigating databases to answer stakeholders' questions and addressing data issues.
  • Generating reports and dashboards.
  • Supporting other Analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A love of data, analytics and problem solving.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles.
  • Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions).
  • Understanding of data modeling skills.
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores, and data warehouses.
  • A passion for delighting customers by anticipating their needs and helping them see future opportunities to combat evolving scammer behavior.
