Operations Management Assistant

Job Description:
">The Operations Management Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Coordinator in managing daily project operations. This includes preparing daily schedules, coordinating with team members, maintaining accurate records, and identifying operational issues.
">Responsibilities:
">- Prepare daily schedules for installers and delivery teams
- Keep daily project reports submitted by project teams
- Organize client and team calendars
- Address administrative queries from team members
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a project management position
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Flexible and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of multi-tasking
