PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies seeks a highly skilled Access Management Associate to join our team. As an Access Management Associate, you will be responsible for preparing ICT software assets for acquisition, tagging, issuance, transfer or disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates records to keep track of ICT software, accountability, inventory, and access information.
  • Documents access management procedures and maintains detailed records of access changes.
  • Employee access management, including creation and removal of access.
  • Responsible for monitoring company sites.
  • Maintains the skills and training inventory of all ICT personnel.
  • Documents process flows, response times, and service levels for purposes of improving overall performance of the department.
  • Investigates and resolves access-related issues, including escalations and security incidents.
  • Provides and/or ensures availability of 24 X 7 on-call support as may be required by defined duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology management, resource allocation, and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Knowledgeable with ITIL.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
