Senior Identity and Access Management Professional

This role involves the design, implementation, and maintenance of identity and access management solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IAM solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IAM needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Configure and integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and directories to enable seamless user authentication and authorization.
  • Remediate identified security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues and incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and threats to continuously improve our security posture.
  • Work with compliance and IT teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams on projects involving IAM components, such as cloud migration, digital transformation, and enterprise software deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PingIdentity experience (PingOne SSO, Davinci, PingProtect, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, IDP, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, Ping Identity, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption techniques, and authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
  • Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Experience with server hardware/software and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems to identify security risks and design effective solutions.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation of IAM processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; strong teamwork in fast-paced environments.
