Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Expert to provide top-notch support to our valued clients and potential clients through various communication channels. This role is responsible for handling client inquiries and requests in a timely manner, identifying issues, and offering solutions and recommendations to enhance their websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients throughout the website production process until launch.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our production team.
  • Evaluate project progress and ensure it remains within scope.
  • Regularly report project updates to clients.
  • Maintain a keen eye on project timelines to keep them within approved schedules.
  • Offer proactive suggestions to clients on how to improve their online presence based on industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to design engaging Homepages, Inner Pages, and Custom Requests.
  • Craft aesthetically pleasing yet functional designs that are user-friendly.
  • Foster excellent customer relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Track web project issues and drive resolution efficiently.
  • Create comprehensive project status reports and deliver regular updates to clients and managers.
  • Communicate effectively with our Los Angeles office via phone and email.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, particularly servicing U.S./North American clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a neutral North American accent, including the ability to explain complex technical information.
  • Prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Develop innovative problem-solving skills and anticipate errors before clients contact customer support or sales.
  • Able to work night shifts and overtime when needed.
  • Salesforce experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with website content management, internet-related products (web hosting, email hosting, email configuration, DNS host management) is beneficial.
  • A basic understanding of Real Estate terminologies is a plus.
