About the Role

As an Oracle Developer at ABSI, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized technical solutions based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and analyses of client systems and infrastructure.
  • Presentation and Technical Explanation: Present and explain technical solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Design and develop customized technical solutions based on client requirements.
  • Plan and manage the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Collaboration and Project Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on the use and maintenance of implemented solutions.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress and performance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Feedback and Recommendations: Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product development and client satisfaction.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic technical guidance.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting or similar role.
  • Expertise: Strong technical expertise in relevant areas (e.g., networking, cloud computing, software development).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., databases, programming languages, system monitoring tools).
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Complex Concept Explanation: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
