Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Analyze metrics and create reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Zendesk Proficiency: At least 2 years of experience using Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or service industries.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
