Job Opportunity: Paid Search Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Search Engine Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on delivering measurable return on investment (ROI) and contributing to overall e-commerce growth.

This involves managing and optimizing paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and others. The ideal candidate will conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.

The selected candidate will also analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

This role requires writing effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance. The candidate will monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds.

Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, MIS or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
