Job Title: Office Staff

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Staff to join our team at Aureus Manpower & Consultancy Corp.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and marketing support to our clients. This includes:

  • Lead sourcing through personal and social media channels
  • Answering client inquiries about our services
  • Client probing to understand their needs
  • One-on-one orientation and lead closing/agreement signing
  • Client follow-ups and updates
  • Assisting prospective applicants and their families in their quest to become permanent residents in Canada

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the visa process and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of the visa process and procedures
