Maintenance Technician

VILLA ROSITA HOTEL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance activities.

1. Conduct Routine Inspections: Assist in conducting regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
2. Perform Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks on equipment, systems, and facilities, adhering to established procedures.
3. Record Maintenance Activities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders and completed tasks.
4. Coordinate with Departments: Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external contractors for maintenance projects and repairs.
5. Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other maintenance staff to carry out repairs, replacements, and installations as required.
6. Adhere to Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.
7. Generate Reports: Produce reports on maintenance activities, work orders, and completed tasks as required.
8. Communicate with Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
