This role combines digital marketing execution with brand design responsibilities. Ensure every campaign and creative asset is delivered on time, aligned with the brand, and drives results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver two high-quality newsletters per month.
  • Build and optimize campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Report performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
  • Create and publish at least eight social posts per month.
  • Collaborate with the video editor on video content creation.
  • Write, format, and publish one blog post each month to the website.
  • Produce a case study each month with input from the delivery team.
  • Import leads from Salesforce three times a week.
  • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring and notes for the business development manager.
  • Deliver six to twelve creative assets per month.
  • Maintain a brand asset library and ensure visuals are of high quality and aligned.
  • Develop sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks and proposals.
Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create and format engaging content.
  • Lead Operations Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads, scoring, and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong analytical skills, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
