Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned network engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade Cisco and Fortinet network solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing advanced routing protocols across complex topologies, performing network assessments, audits, and health checks to optimize infrastructure performance, collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand network requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.

Additionally, the network engineer will troubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies, create and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and designs, lead network migrations, upgrades, and transitions between different vendor platforms, ensure network security best practices are followed, and provide post-deployment support and knowledge transfer to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • In-depth knowledge of advanced routing protocols including BGP.
  • Solid understanding of VLANs, STP, VRFs, NAT, and VPNs (IPSec, SSL).
  • Experience with firewall policy creation, UTM features, and threat prevention in Fortinet platforms.
  • Familiarity with high availability (HA), failover, and redundancy concepts.
