Job Overview

This is an entry-level position that focuses on providing support to clients navigating business-related issues in Australia.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with exceptional communication skills who can deliver fast and empathetic solutions across languages and time zones.

Main Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries via various channels; guide clients through digital platforms for business incorporation, accounting, and more.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to business operations; escalate to internal teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting, and Tech teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest improvements to workflows or help center content.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech-savviness: Experience with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail is desirable.
  • Customer-centric mindset: 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (fintech, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
  • Remote work-readiness: Self-motivated with a quiet workspace and stable internet connection.
