We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can support a 6-week website rebuild project and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is confident managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (main focus) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content (no CRM or Webflow management required)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams (a \'wow\' culture fit is essential)
  • Comfortable working as a contractor with the ability to start immediately
