We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive various marketing initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staging content in HubSpot, managing basic project tasks, and assisting with other marketing-related activities.This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to choose your own workspace and schedule. Our team is dynamic and innovative, providing a collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning.Key Responsibilities:
  • Stage and optimize content in HubSpot, including website pages, landing pages, emails, blogs, calls-to-action (CTAs), ads, and social media posts.
  • Log and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.
  • Assist in project management tasks, such as queueing up deliverables in our project management system and ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
