Fluency in English is required, with confidence in handling professional conversations via phone and Zoom.

Work Setup
The Client Service Director will work a hybrid setup, with one day in-office (Makati) and four days remote. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with this arrangement and able to effectively manage their workload remotely.
