Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CloudOps Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure and operations, with a focus on automation, scalability, and security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, automating and improving operations, ensuring scalability and security, collaborating and innovating with our engineering teams, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

  • Develop and maintain cloud-based services at scale
  • Implement automation tools to streamline deployments, monitoring, and security
  • Maintain a robust, secure, and efficient cloud environment
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement efficient solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Experience:
    • Jira and Confluence experience required
    • Cloud and DevOps expertise, with a focus on automation, scalability, and security
    • CI/CD experience, with a focus on implementing and maintaining automation pipelines
    • Linux administration experience
    • LINUX AND WINDOWS CONFIGURATION EXPERIENCE
    • High availability and security experience
    • AWS workload management experience
    • Software development experience, preferably in an object-oriented language such as C# .NET
    • Scripting skills, with a focus on Bash or Python
    • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience, preferably with Terraform
    • CI/CD platforms experience, such as Harness, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
    • Monitoring and observability experience, with a focus on real-time monitoring tools such as Datadog
    • Microservices architecture experience
  • Soft Skills and Mindset:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Problem-solving ability, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
    • Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams
    • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
