Job Description

We are seeking a talented Corporate Planning Staff to support our corporate planning activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to research studies and corporate planning activities.

  • Gathering and analyzing relevant data related to conduct of research studies and corporate planning activities;
  • Drafting communication/letters/memoranda, organizing files, schedules appointments, and supporting other staff;
  • Handling the data management and filing for easy reference/retrieval of documents;
  • Attending and assisting in the logistical and technical requirements during corporate planning sessions and other department/group activities;
  • Assisting in the preparation of accomplishment reports on performance vis-à-vis corporate workplan targets;
  • Preparing budget materials needed for submission to the DBM, House of Representatives, and Senate budget hearings;
  • Formulating, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating corporate strategies and operational policies to ensure attainment of corporate targets;
  • Assisting corporate units (national and regional offices) in improving work systems and processes to efficiently and effectively meet corporate targets;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job;
  • 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • 16 hours of relevant training;
  • Strong research and technical writing skills;
  • Ability to develop sound methodologies for effective processes and procedures;
  • Competent oral communication skills (ability to conduct presentation to a large number of people and/or SHFC senior officers);
  • Competent writing skills (ability to conduct critical analyses of issues/policies both external and internal related to planning policy and process analysis);
  • Ability to do multi-tasking work;
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at PHP 45,000 per month, based on industry standards and market conditions. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
