Marketing Campaign Lead

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive our marketing campaigns forward. The ideal candidate will possess excellent copywriting skills, strong storytelling and positioning ability, and HubSpot expertise.

The Marketing Campaign Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and fuel revenue growth. This involves setting campaign priorities, writing compelling copy, and ensuring all creative outputs are delivered on time and to purpose.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience and be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on writing and campaign delivery.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality content across various channels, including email newsletters and social media platforms.

  • Creative Outputs:
  • Plan and launch multiple marketing campaigns per month
  • Write core campaign copy and develop engaging content
  • Oversight of content produced by designers and video editors

This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be an exceptional communicator, with outstanding English communication skills (written + verbal). You should also be proactive, organised, and outcome-focused, with a passion for creating compelling brand stories.
