Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc. in Malvar, Batangas. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in accounting and finance to work with us.

**Job Summary:**

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for receiving and updating accounts payable monitoring, uploading invoices and delivery receipts in Xero, compiling all invoices due and checking supplier statements of account, printing checks and 2307s, and releasing BIR 2307s. The successful candidate will also file vouchers and payment details, as well as update petty cash logs and monitor assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Receiving and updating accounts payable monitoring
• Uploading invoices and delivery receipts in Xero
• Compiling all invoices due and checking supplier statements of account
• Printing checks and 2307s
• Releasing BIR 2307s
• Filing vouchers and payment details
• Updating petty cash logs and monitoring assets

**Requirements:**

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• At least 2 years of related working experience in a manufacturing company
• Knowledgeable in A/P and A/R functions
• Good English communication skills
• Computer literate

**Working Conditions:**

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of PHP 20,000 - PHP 23,000 per month. The ideal candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays during the probationary period.
