Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Professional to join our team as an AP/Audit Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations.

• Receiving and verifying invoices, updating accounts payable records, and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Uploading invoices and delivery receipts into Xero, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Compiling all invoices due and checking Statements of Accounts (SOAs) from suppliers, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing overdue accounts.
• Printing checks, 2307 forms, and updating check monitoring records, ensuring accurate and efficient disbursement processes.
• Checking and releasing BIR 2307 documents, maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
• Filing vouchers and payment details, maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Filing invoices and delivery receipts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Managing petty cash, updating logs, and monitoring expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Maintaining accurate asset tagging and inventory records, ensuring efficient management of assets.
• Overseeing inventory counts, encoding stock taking cards, and maintaining accurate records.
• Attending external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining accurate records.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and audit functions in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of A/P and A/R functions, with excellent English communication skills.
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in Xero and other relevant software.
