About the Position

The Training Quality and Metrics Specialist will enhance the effectiveness of HR services through the development and delivery of training programs, quality assurance, and metrics analysis. This role will collaborate with various HR teams to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and that quality standards are met across HR processes.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business units to align training, quality, and metrics initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding training needs, quality assurance, and metrics analysis.

Key Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR services, training development, quality assurance, or data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create dashboards and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in instructional design and development of training materials.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices and auditing processes.
  • Certification in HR or training and development is a plus.
