About the Role

We are seeking technical professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support daily operations. You will be working closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve our services.

  • Lab Test Management: We need someone to process lab test orders efficiently, ensure timely results delivery, and coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution: This role requires you to monitor internal dashboards for system delays or outages, troubleshoot, and escalate issues across multiple platforms.
  • Customer Support & Communication: As a key member of our team, you will provide direct customer support via Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems, maintain SLA standards, and interact with clients primarily through chat.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in a startup environment or healthcare settings.
  • Prior experience in healthcare settings is highly valued.
  • Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
