We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and organization of data across our internal systems. This role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly, and we're looking for someone who is meticulous, organized, and proficient with data management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate product, sales, and inventory data in our systems.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of records across various platforms.
  • Verify, cross-check, and correct data to prevent errors.
  • Generate, organize, and maintain reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Protect sensitive information by following strict data confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management software.
  • Familiarity with data management tools (required).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
