Job Summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Helpdesk Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of HR support representatives, providing exceptional service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the HR Helpdesk team.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
  • Monitor team workloads and productivity, implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the HR operations team to resolve issues or escalations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role within an HR helpdesk or shared services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, focusing on delivering efficient solutions.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and tools to track team performance and metrics.
  • Experience with at least one ERP/HCM system - Workday.
  • Experience with at least one CRM tool – ServiceNow (preferred), Zendesk, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices, especially in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
