We are seeking a Senior Professional to develop and manage workforce forecasting and scheduling models. This role is responsible for developing and managing models, systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage forecasting and scheduling models
  • Design and implement systems and methodologies for analyzing and assessing volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness
  • Provide data-driven insights to support planning and decision-making
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Optimization or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Avaya CMS and Verint
  • Proficient in handling Tableau (required)
  • Alteryx and Power BI experience preferred
