Job Title: Executive Financial Architect

This is a senior-level position where you will be responsible for designing and implementing a cutting-edge financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership with a proven track record of optimizing and managing ERP platforms. They should also have expertise in US GAAP and integrated financial reporting, as well as experience working with Big 4 accounting firms.

In this role, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to influence expansion strategies, budget frameworks, and vendor relationships. You will also collaborate directly with our teams to design and implement AI-powered financial solutions that simplify complexity and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a streamlined, AI-powered financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.
  • Craft strategic Design Decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes.
  • Author expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues.
  • Engage in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence.
  • Orchestrate seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance.

Requirements:

  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement.
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions.
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures.
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement.
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.

Benefits:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to approximately $400,000 USD/year assuming 50 weeks per year.
