We are seeking a creative marketing professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing engaging marketing materials across digital and print channels, including social media graphics, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and more.

This role requires a talented and driven individual with a strong background in marketing and design. You should have excellent visual communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling and consumer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating high-performing assets for Meta ad campaigns and email marketing, as well as designing and formatting PowerPoint decks for internal and external use. They will also have a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.

Key Responsibilities

· Design engaging marketing materials for digital and print platforms (ads, social media content, look books, posters, banners, etc.)

· Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling creative solutions

· Work within brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visuals

· Collaborate with the broader marketing team and project managers to meet campaign goals and deadlines

· Support ongoing advertising efforts with creative updates and new ideas

· Create static and animated creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, including A/B variant testing assets

· Create visually engaging email headers, modules, and full campaign templates optimized for multiple devices and platforms

· Create and format professional PowerPoint decks for brand presentations, marketing initiatives, line planning, and investor pitches

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in marketing and design

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

· Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work

· Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
