We are seeking an experienced Management Trainee/Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations of our cafe, training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, advising staff on customer service, and ensuring clean and tidy cafe areas.

1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the cafe.
2. Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.
3. Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed.
4. Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
5. Advise staff on best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
6. Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy.

1. Work experience as a supervisor or coffee barista.
2. Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
3. Good math skills.
4. Availability to work within opening/closing hours (including weekends and holidays).
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
6. Customer service attitude.
7. High school diploma.
8. Additional certification (e.g., in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus.
