Paid Search Marketing Lead

We are seeking a senior-level professional to spearhead high-performing campaigns for national and multi-location brands. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Fluency platform to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns in Fluency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to inform campaign decisions and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC insights into broader marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or advertising.
  • Proven track record in direct-response, performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search.
  • Proficiency in Fluency is preferred but not required.
  • 4+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical expertise, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills, with a particular emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision.
