The Procurement Associate is responsible for assisting in the procurement of office or site operations items, inventory management, including keeping track, dispatching, and ordering.

This role monitors adequate stock levels in the warehouse for ongoing and upcoming projects, dealing with external couriers or parties to maintain these stock levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Canvas or look for the best quality value product from a reliable supplier or source and negotiate terms on the Company's behalf when necessary
  • Order and track items needed or requested by different divisions
  • Deal with international shipping & customs requirements efficiently
  • Turn over items received to the relevant division and ensure they are added to existing inventory count
  • Accurately record warehouse inventory withdrawals and arrivals on Odoo
  • Ensure items received are picked, unloaded, labeled, and stored in an orderly manner
  • Record and accurately reflect items dispatched to the implementation team
  • Maintain stock keeping levels of all consumable items
  • Communicate efficiently and accurately with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report discrepancies in the inventory immediately to supervisor
  • Produce an accurate inventory count document / report during audits or when asked by immediate supervisor
