As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for procuring non-construction materials and services at the most economical cost while ensuring timely, safe, and expeditious delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an individual who can process approved Purchase Requisitions through EAS and SAP to prepare Purchase Orders.
  • You will conduct Request for Quotations to invite potential vendors to bid on specific products or services.
  • Your task includes formulating Quote Analysis Reports to identify the most qualified vendor.
  • Generate Purchase Orders through SAP to issue forms to selected vendors indicating payment terms, quantities, and agreed prices.
  • Maintain close communication with vendors to expedite delivery lead times if necessary.
  • Identify and report any abnormalities, rejects, or non-conformities encountered during performance.
  • Solicit potential vendors to create a pool of sources for procurement.
  • Collect and review necessary documents from potential vendors and submit them to the Accounting Team for approval.
  • Collaborate with end-users to coordinate vendor performance and provide information for Vendor Performance Evaluations.
  • Maintain all records, documents, and files related to the procurement process.
  • Analyze high-volume purchases and establish long-term partnerships with vendors offering quality materials and services at reasonable costs.
  • Implement and evaluate P2P processes, recommending improvements as needed.
